Tips for making a “FlexAppointment” or to “Join the Line” with the Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser’s Office

 

To visit the Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser’s Office please choose the location you would like to visit by either clicking on the Fort Pierce or Saint Lucie West Office link.

You will be asked to enter your name and phone number. We suggest you please use a cell phone number so that you will receive text messages about your visit. If you wish to make multiple appointments for yourself and a co-owner, you must use different phone numbers to do so.

Then you will be asked for an email, property address, and reason for the visit. Next, you will be asked for the type of service you would like help with.

You then have the option to “Join the Line” for service that day or to schedule a “FlexAppointment” for service another day and time.

When you choose “Join the Line” you will be sent a text message with your wait time.

When you choose “FlexAppointment” you will be sent a text and email confirmation for your appointment.
